KAUST start-up Edama Organic Solutions recycles and converts organic waste into agricultural products that improve the water holding capacity and fertility of desert and other sandy soils and increase agricultural yields. Its product diverts waste from landfills, cuts pollution, and reduces CO2 emissions.
Edama aims to increase food production and contribute to food security in Saudi Arabia and other arid locations worldwide.
